How to Add Write-Protection to Flash Drives Using Command Prompt or CMD?

Add Write-Protection to Flash Drives and thus prevent data from being modified or deleted.
You can try this method also kung GAGANA sa USB mo when your flash drive has in write protected mode cause of virus.

Do this commands below.

THIS COMMANDs WILL SET YOUR FLASH DRIVE WRITE PROTECTED.
Go to Run & type cmd now hit enter
In command prompt or cmd, type the following below:
1. DISKPART
2. LIST DISK
3. SELECT DISK 2 - (IF YOUR FLASH DRIVE IS IN DISK 2. REFER TO LIST DISK)
4. ATTRIBUTES DISK SET READONLY

THIS COMMANDs WILL REMOVE YOUR FLASH DRIVE WRITE PROTECTED.
Go to Run & type cmd now hit enter
In command prompt or cmd, type the following below:
1. DISKPART
2. LIST DISK
3. SELECT DISK 2 (IF YOUR FLASH DRIVE IS IN DISK 2. REFER TO LIST DISK)
4. ATTRIBUTES DISK CLEAR READONLY
