The Boat that Guy Built follows Guy Martin as he renovates a neglected narrowboat using inventions from the time of the Industrial Revolution.

Guy finds out more about interior designer William Morris while attempting to apply one of his wallpaper patterns with the help of a friend. Guy also takes a look around a Macclesfield mill.
6 :01x06 - The Homecoming

Guy shows off the renovated boat at a party after completing the project. He also finds out how to prepare Victoria sponge, and also shoots a commemorative Victorian-style portrait with a 150-year-old camera. The boat's first voyage is a difficult one.
