Selwyn Froggitt is a burly, booming council labourer, good humoured and well meaning. But he's also ham-fisted, over exuberant, and larger than life. He likes to think of himself as a dynamic "Mr Fix-it," capable of responsibility and leadership. Unfortunately others take a somewhat different opinion of him. Despite his good nature, Selwyn has a tendency to leave behind him a trail of comic disaster wherever he goes.
